How we work

The order matters more than the list

Almost everyone starts with the website. It’s the part you can see, it’s the part you can show people, and it’s almost always in the wrong place.

Bringing new clients to a service that doesn’t keep them isn’t an investment: it’s paying to fill a leaking bucket. First you stop losing. Then you grow.

The five stages

Nobody does all five. The diagnosis tells you which one you’re in.

01 · Measure

Before touching anything, put a number on what’s happening: how many hours a process eats, what those hours cost, how many clients have left and why.

Something nobody was looking at almost always turns up.

This step doesn’t get skipped. Without a figure, everything after it is opinion.

02 · Stop the leak

Whatever is losing money today: processes nobody checks, information split across three places, tasks repeated by hand, work you can’t prove when a client questions it.

This is where automation, custom software and AI come in. Not as the point, but because they’re what closes the gap that turned up in step 1.

03 · Make it visible

Brand and website. They sit here, not at the start, for one reason: they exist to say something, and it has to be true first.

A website promising reliability for a company that’s still losing contracts speeds the problem up instead of fixing it.

04 · Bring clients in

CRM, campaigns by area and by type of client, content, and a monthly report with what matters: enquiries generated, cost per enquiry, contracts closed.

This step doesn’t start until the previous one is measurable. That’s a condition, not a recommendation.

05 · Grow

Look for clients where you aren’t yet, and choose them partly on whether you can serve them well — not only on what they bill.

Where you start

It depends on what comes out of step 1.

Some companies already keep their clients and just need to be found: they start at 03. Some lose one client in three, and talking to them about campaigns would be throwing money away: they stay at 02 until the number changes.

What we don’t do is start where you thought, if the number says otherwise. We’ll tell you in that first half hour — and we’ll tell you if there’s nothing to fix.

How it starts, in three steps

1 · Half an hour on a call. You tell us where the time goes. We tell you whether it has a fix. Free, and no sales pitch.

2 · A diagnosis with figures · €900. How many hours, what it costs you today, what fixing it would cost and in what order. In writing, within ten days. Yours either way.

3 · You decide. If the numbers don’t add up, we tell you first. And if you go ahead, the €900 comes off the first stage.

How we charge

The diagnosis · €900

One process or one area of your company. Interview, analysis, measurement and a written document with the figures and the order of work. Ten days from the first meeting.

It’s yours either way. You keep the full document even if you decide not to go on, and you can carry it out yourself or with anyone you like. If you go ahead with us, the €900 comes off the first stage.

Almost everyone in this sector gives the diagnosis away. We charge for it, and the reason is simple: a free analysis gets paid for later by the project they sell you on top of it. If the diagnosis says there’s nothing to fix, we still get paid and there’s no project. It’s the only way the document can be honest.

Price for our first clients.

Everything else

Fixed price per stage. You know what each stage costs before it starts and you can stop at the end of any of them.

What we don’t do

  • We don’t start with the website if the diagnosis says the problem sits earlier.
  • We don’t add a service because you ask for it, if it doesn’t fix something measurable.
  • We don’t promise percentages before measuring your data.
  • We don’t guarantee commercial results that depend on how you deliver your service. We provide tools, method and measurement. Carrying it out inside your company is yours.
