• We don’t migrate historical data, unless that’s agreed and priced separately.
• We don’t offer round-the-clock support. We work office hours, and we put in writing what happens if something breaks outside them. We’d rather do that than promise cover we can’t hold up.

Timings and how we work

A typical automation is running three to eight weeks from the start, depending on how many systems have to be connected.

Fixed price per stage. You know what each stage costs before it starts, and you can stop at the end of any of them.

Common questions

Is this going to replace my people?

No. It replaces tasks, not people. Your admin stays — they stop typing and move to checking what the system flags as doubtful. If your goal were a smaller payroll, we’d tell you — that isn’t what we do.

What does it cost?

It depends on the project, which is why there are no prices on this page. What is fixed is the method: we measure the hours that work takes you today, multiply by what those hours actually cost, and compare with the cost of the project. If the numbers don’t add up, there’s no project, and we tell you first.

Will it work with the systems I already have?

That’s the normal case. We build around what already works rather than replacing it, which is more expensive and almost never necessary.

What if the process changes in six months?

It gets changed. There’s no compulsory retainer: if you don’t need anything, you don’t pay anything.

Who handles it when something stops?

We do, for the first month. After that you have the documentation and you know who to email. We don’t build things so that you’re stuck with us.
