When nothing on the market does what you do, we build it
Who it’s for
An estate agency checking buyer and seller paperwork by hand, and retyping every new property onto its own site and onto each portal.
A company running something in shared spreadsheets that outgrew them: bookings, shifts, site materials. Every month someone overwrites someone else’s work and nobody knows which version was the good one.
A company whose management system doesn’t cover part of the job, so that part still runs on paper, email and WhatsApp.
In all three, the answer isn’t automating something that already happens. It’s that the software you need doesn’t exist.
What’s included
- A look at how the process works today, with the hours it takes measured
- Internal web applications, management tools, integrations between systems you already run, mobile apps
- Connection to your current systems
- Testing on real data
- Training for the people who’ll use it
- Three months of maintenance included after it goes live
What isn’t included
- We don’t pick up code written by someone else. Auditing it costs more than starting again, and our name goes on the result.
- We don’t migrate historical data, unless that’s agreed and priced separately.
- We don’t replace your management system or your invoicing software.
- We don’t start without checking that what you’re asking for is legal. If what you need can’t be done within the law, we say so on the first call.
- We don’t hand anything over without looking at the regulatory side. Software that puts you at risk with the tax authority or with data protection isn’t finished software.
Timings and how we work
| Type of project | Running in |
|---|---|
| Integration between two existing systems | 2 to 4 weeks |
| Internal management tool | 6 to 12 weeks |
| Mobile app | 3 to 5 months |
It varies with how many systems have to be connected and how much logic sits behind them.
Fixed price per stage. You know what each stage costs before it starts, and you can stop at the end of any of them.
On who owns the code. As standard you get an indefinite licence to use it, with no retainer: the software is yours to run for good, with nothing further to pay us. The intellectual property can be bought; it’s quoted separately, and you get the price of both options before we start, not at the end.
Common questions
Is this going to replace my people?
No. It replaces tasks, not people. If your goal were a smaller payroll, we’d tell you: that isn’t what we do.
What does it cost?
It depends on the project. What is fixed is the method: measure, multiply by real cost, compare with the cost of the project. If the numbers don’t add up, there’s no project.
Who owns the code?
Yours to run for good, with an indefinite licence and no fees. If you also want the intellectual property, it has a price, and you get it in writing before we start.
What if we need changes after the three months?
They get quoted. No compulsory retainer: if you don’t need anything, you don’t pay anything.
Can you work with the system we already have?
That’s the normal case. We build around what already works rather than replacing it.
